1. Overview

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of music, sound effects, and AI-generated content ("Assets") provided by TuneVault. By using these Assets, you ("User") agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. License Scope

2.1 Permitted Uses

Personal Use: Non-commercial projects such as personal videos, social media content, and educational or non-profit projects.
Commercial Use: Projects including advertisements, films, short videos, podcasts, and games (subject to applicable fees).
Global Validity: The license is valid worldwide.

2.2 Restrictions

Assets may not be redistributed, sold, or shared as standalone files.
Assets may not be used for illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or unethical purposes.
Copyright information or author credits embedded in the Assets may not be altered or removed.

3. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if the User breaches any terms. Upon termination, the User must destroy all copies of the Assets.

4. Disclaimer

TuneVault makes no warranties regarding the suitability, quality, or specific usability of the Assets.
