If you believe your copyright has been infringed, submit a complaint to legal@tunevault.com with:

• A description of the copyrighted work;
• The location of the infringing material on the platform;
• Your contact information;
• A statement affirming the complaint's accuracy.

2.2 Processing Complaints

TuneVault will review complaints and may remove infringing content if necessary.

2.3 Counter-Notification

If your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification with supporting documentation.

3. Repeat Infringers

Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated.
